I have ordered from here 2 separate times and on both occasions I have received the wrong order. Tonight was the second time and when I called to see what happened, I was hung up on. This used to be, in my opinion, the best place for sandwiches in town.
Perfect location for traveling. The sandwiches are good. Service was ok.
Normally the workers are nice and greet me when i come in, but today 9/6/2026 (thursday) at 7pm, I believe one person's name is Rick, an employee and the other one did not greet me, I jad to say something to get their attention, I was not impressed that I had to do their work for them. Why do none of the employees no about a deal that’s posted on the website and social media pages!! I’ve been in now 3 times in the last week and this time was told the 8.99 meal deal is online only!! So I’ve now overpaid 3$ each time and no drink or chips!!
Ordered curbside, gave them a 25% tip and they never brought it out. Waited for almost half an hour. I couldn’t come in because I was in a meeting on my phone. The meeting ended so I went in and it was sitting on the shelf for pick up for who knows how long. The receipt even says Curbside. They’re not that busy that they couldn’t bring it out so not sure why the poor service today.
