The sassy African American guy that took my order and made my food should take a customer service training course or something. He was very rude and had a complete attitude for no reason. The place was empty mind you. The sub was very good, but probably won’t be back to this location. It’s always that one employee that ruins it smh!🤦♀️
Abit pricey but the sandwiches were fine. First time visiting a jimmy John's
The food being bad doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel. The staff was friendly, but the service attitude of the manager, Jimmy, left me speechless. While I was paying, he actually asked me why I bought so little. Since when do my choices need to be controlled?
