The old man in the front was the most arrogant and entitled person I have ever encountered while doing my delivery job. After I checked in to pick up my order to deliver, I sat down to wait for it and he immediately started making comments to someone about a hot bag. I ignored hw comment because I did not know he was referring to me. I signed up on their app and eventually I got a free sandwich! I ordered online, the system took it, everything seemed good. I left for my lunch break of 30 mins. Drove through the drive though the gentleman told me they don’t accept the free sandwich rewards and they tried to call me! He didn’t even ask if I wanted to order just closed the window! I checked my no missed calls. Double checked my number on the app, it was correct! Never going back! Rude and they lie! And no lunch for me!☹️
The old guy at the front REFUSED to make me a pickle which . I’ve never had a Jimmy John’s refuse. Worst customer service . Also $17 for a wrap with next to no meat on it is a combo is unreasonable . Wish we would’ve saved our money and gone to Publix. Theres a reason they’re slow
We went tonight but their hours on here are not accurate. They close before 8 pm.
