This Jimmy Johns is the worst. 7$ average delivery fees, issues keeping staff etc. was told they can’t accept cash for deliveries after 2 pm due to staff issues. The Jimmy johns next to my work is a 4$ delivery charge.. Ordered sides that never came and customizations aren’t correct most of the time and they can’t refund my card, just store credit which can only be used if you waste the time to call or go to the store. Each time I arrive within 20 minutes of closing the doors are already locked and the staff ignore me at the door. During the day it's a great place with great service but at night it's obvious the team wants to get home and they do not respect the hours of service. Today's Update- April 10th 8:53pm, staff member would not unlock front door to allow me to order a sandwich because they were closed.... 7 minutes early.
John & AJ are extremely good , very fast , very positive guys ,great service highly recommend!!!
