I needed a quick lunch for a large work crew. I thought about Jimmy John's as they have been good in the past. As you can tell by the picture, I had a good sized order which they prepared quickly. Problem is, I ordered 28 sandwiches with one large one being cut in half so there should have been 29 wrapped sandwiches. The picture shows 26. I called JJs when I got to the end of passing them out and after a little conversation, we figured out what was missing. tables a bit small, couldn’t really fit my party of 19 food was good, did the job, did have to have to call for reinforcements. would like more bathrooms for my party of 19.
Completely messed up our order. I ordered 2 sandwiches with no cheese extra meat and mayo. My order came with cheese regular meat and no mayo. Bad service with workers who don’t pay attention to what they do. Was also charged extra meat and did not receive extra meat.
I was here Sunday around 3-4 and ordered a regular tuna sub. The individual that took my order did fine. The person hiding face in the back did terrible on fulfilling my order. First my bread was burned which made it hard to chew and then he gave me 2 scoops of tuna on an 8 inch sub making it feel like 4-6 inches. It was so chewy and hard with no meat it hurt to finish it.
