Always order from the app. Almost always, the food is not ready when I get there, even if I get a notice that it is. Many times I have to remind them that I ordered chips or potato salad. I am told to get it myself. They just need to complete the order and put it on the shelf. It should be easy, but turns into a real production, with me waiting, and pissed off by the time I get out of there. I am out. No more.
You people don’t care about your service!! Should have known better to go to this establishment on main . This is the second time and both times nothing was right and far from it !!! Stay away from this jimmy John’s if you want your order to be right. This is my first bad review as I do understand mistakes as a business owner my self !
Not fast! 30 minutes
I live 6 mins away and I've been waiting an hour. Terrible service I tell uu, and customer service sucks as well. whoever the female was who took my order today around 5:47pm 05/06/25 was very ghetto and rude and unmotivated to answer the phone. Yall be quick to wanna ask for tips though. heck no! Do Better. Not Ordering here again.
