Never been before, I wanted coffee, Starbucks drive throw was closed so this was my choice I was on lunch break, good job guys Spicy sandwich is amazing. Little pricy but so is Mcdonel's totally worth it.

Orders have been anything but freaky fast lately. Usually are done by Uber now. Missing items wrong items. You call and no one in the store has ever held a position or been properly trained how to speak with a customer. All they say is we will give you a credit. Never let's make this right. I advise to change your store in the app. Many other stores are in your range. This one needs some work to get back to the standard.

I usually order once a week, depending on how lazy I'm feeling lol. This location is the best one in my opinion. They've never made my order wrong, not even once. The people making the sandwiches pay proper attention to what you do and don't want on it, which is fantastic. Definitely a solid Jimmy John's and always the one I use! Edit 02/25/25 these guys blow my mind everytime. I think I don't have JJ at least 3 times this week. I order, they make it with love, and then I devour! This is the worst jimmy John’s that Peoria has ever had. They messed our order up today and they do every time we come here. The manager says she knew but we only got a refund of half our money and it was their fault. They don’t care about people and they order, they just want to get people money and mess over their food. METRO CENTER HAS THE BEST ONE JUST GO THERE AND I WILL NEVER RETURN to prospect JJs EVER. Skip this jimmy johns on your way home.
