I placed an order on the app for delivery. I made sure to select the right address before proceeding, however the app switched to an address I haven’t used in months before I paid which I didn’t realize. This isn’t the first time this happened to me which I understand is not the employees fault. The problem is when I tried to call this store to cancel the order, I got message saying “this number is not in service.” I tried calling another jimmy John’s location to see if maybe their phones were down, but the call went through... read more
Good food, nice place. We were the only dine in customers.
Ordered food for pickup. Cashier was very friendly and cheerful. My food was ready when I pulled up.It literally took less than a minute. Sandwiches were made exactly as I requested and they were delicious!
I ordered the tuna sandwich with onions, NO onions on my sandwich and the the tuna is basically tasteless. Have had issues with missing items in the past. Won't order here again.
