Went through the drive thru person taking the order seemed annoyed because I asked him to have sandwich cut in half. Worst customer service!
Placed an delivery order, didn’t receive my three bags of chips, called the store to ask if they had forgotten them, manager that answered was no polite didn’t even ask me to bring in my receipt after I’d offered to bring in the order. I didn’t tip on the app since I was going to pay tip with cash guess they didn’t like that? Offered for them to come into my house to check for the chips. Over all highly unsatisfied with manager on duty customer service. Never had a problem with Jimmy John’s service until now.
Apparently they decided to keep my order and not deliver it...I called to check on my order an hour after I placed it and they said the address was incorrect, even though it's never been changed and I have never had this problem with the numerous other times I have ordered from them. The person I spoke to was very rude and said I just have to take his word that I will get my money back. Worst experience, now I have to figure out something for my daughter and I to have for dinner and I just had surgery... P.S. I never got my ... read more
I ordered a giant Italian sub in store and asked for onions on half. They informed me that they couldn’t do that. I have never had a jimmy John’s tell me they can’t do onions on half of a sandwich and I order pretty consistently for work and personal. There was no one else in the store waiting or in line…not busy at all.
