I've been coming to this location since the spring of 1990—decades of loyalty, countless memories. But today, February 18, 2025, marks my FINAL visit. The General Manager? Absolutely disgraceful. This person has no business working with the public. They wasted my time, my money, and worst of all—showed zero respect. I have NEVER been treated with such blatant disregard. Unforgivable.

I stopped in to try the new picklewich and it was just okay. Very small and not tape as filling as I expected. I'll stick with my usually spicy easy coat unwich.
Solid sandwiches but even better customer service especially from Dieny, she’s a wonderful girl and was not stingy like the people at Subway. She made the experience a 10/10 enough to write a Jimmy John’s review. Thank you Dieny, I needed ur positivity on a rough day😌
