The last three times I have ordered from this location they have been delivery and they have been wrong. I am honestly not sure how one misses one of two ingredients on a sandwich. While I understand you can offer me a free sandwich on my next trip, never has that actually been honored. This time I came in to have my order remade. My dad and I walked in earlier today and I think it’s the best sandwich I’ve ever had from Jimmy John’s. I’m a loyal customer— but today’s was remarkable, and the staff were so friendly. Thanks for making my day :)
Don’t go to this place if you’re hungry or in a rush. Was very hungry and they showed no urgency to satisfy their customers. Had to stand in a crowded space as I was anxiously waiting for my food, unsure as if they were even making it. I had to very reluctantly enjoy my sandwich because of the awful service. The food is good although my sandwich was burnt, but the uninviting waiting space made my sandwich taste a little worse. I expect better service the next time I choose jimmy John’s.
No point in offering toasted subs if the toaster is turned off by employees so subs can't be toasted.
