Rudest staff
Flower Mound location is the worst, which is a shame because it's the closest to my house. I walked in before 8pm and they already looked to be closing up: chairs up, bread piled oddly, all the ingredients out of their containers, counter looked dirty, worst of all mop and bucket very close to food left out. Then the staff - 1 guy and 2 girls were very rude, non-welcoming, really could careless customers walked in. I had to ask if they were opened still. I got a yes but nothing more. I want give a big shoutout to Christian, He was incredibly kind and professional. He stopped by my job to offer samples. It is clear he goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taking care of.
Wild experience walking in—the gentleman at the register was not only on his phone but didn’t even look up when we entered. I had to say hello just to get his attention, and even then, he glanced up briefly before immediately looking back down at his screen. We turned around and walked right out. When we got back to the car and looked through the window, he was still glued to his phone. He honestly couldn’t have cared less. For context, this happened on Wednesday, July 2nd at 7:15 PM.
