Went to Jimmy John's in batavia today. Walked in and there was no line but the workers seemed to be backed up with pre orders. Got no greeting from anyone. No "we'll be right you". Not a word. As I waited more and more people came in and lined up. After being there for 20 minutes there were 10 of us in line waiting to order. Still not a single greeting to anyone. 5 employees, 5minutes before anyone asked me anything? Watched as employee placed 3 orders for pick-up on the floor. Entire space was disgustingly filthy. If you have to have JJs...skip this one.
Took my money never delivered or answered my phone calls. Had to drive to the store to ask for a refund.
I typically order delivery and twice now things from my order have been forgotten the first time it was the drink I called they said they would bring me a new one that never came the second time they forgot my chips and I just wanted that refunded but they said they send it out which yes isn’t a big deal but it wasn’t what I wanted I then opened my sandwich and there was lettuce in it even though there was supposed to be none I am not pleased and will no longer be getting food from this location
