Good people
Terrible service! Waited 10 minutes for food they charged me and added cheese when I told them no. When I bit into my sandwich the tomatoes were sour like fermenting sour. Looked at my sandwich and the other tomato had mold spots. Took it back and they refused to cancel/refund me and insisted that it’s not mold and that it’s normal for tomatoes have black spots on them.
I was deeply concerned at the fact that there was no Jimmy Tunes playing in the store, knowing it is mandatory at every location. I ate my sandwhich in silence.
Great Jimmy John's location, nice employees.
