I typically order delivery and twice now things from my order have been forgotten the first time it was the drink I called they said they would bring me a new one that never came the second time they forgot my chips and I just wanted that refunded but they said they send it out which yes isn’t a big deal but it wasn’t what I wanted I then opened my sandwich and there was lettuce in it even though there was supposed to be none I am not pleased and will no longer be getting food from this location
I normally order online. Whenever I order the Vito, I ask for extra oil and vinegar. Sometimes, i'll even put "(extra oil + vin.)" in the name slot so they know to put specifically add extra oil and vinegar, because when the ticket prints out it just says "extra sauce." I don't want goddamn mayo. I want extra oil and vinegar. Even when I specify, it's still wrong every. Single. Time. This time, my fiance ordered OVER THE PHONE and said to them "extra oil and vinegar" AND THEY STTIIILLLLL GOT IT WRONG. They still added mayo. ... read more
This location has been the worst multiple times. Our latest and last trip to this location i went with my 4 year old and baby music was so loud I couldn't hear the cashier my 16 month old was crying and holding her ears half the time. When I said something to cashier it was ignored like I said nothing... he probably couldn't hear me
