Very friendly service in the new toasted subs are excellent!!
The Ludington site obviously strives to be closed 45 minutes before posted closing, even had the open sign up. Door was locked, maybe you should change the closing time for the Ludington location only because every other site that I’ve visited or ordered from has kept to their posting online. The server with the blue hair just stared at me and went back to what ever she was doing with the buns for subs. Love the food, but don’t love that!
I ordered a veggie delite sandwich and asked them to add pickles and onion. Got all the way home to discover they gave me bread with ONLY pickles and two slices of onion. 🤦♀️🤦♀️ My husband's food looked delicious though.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Waiting over 30 minutes for two sandwiches is crazy ridiculous. Every other Jimmy John’s I have ever been to takes maximum 15 minutes. Why hire the slowest people ever? Makes no sense. One person took 20 minutes to make a single sandwich. Ridiculous. Only positive was the older male coworker who gave my kid some free cookies. I thought that was really sweet.
