No closing time online or on the door. Got there 2 minutes after 9 and we're told they were closed, after standing in the lobby for 5 minutes with all of the employees just staring at me. I drove over 30 minutes for nothing, no way of knowing they would be closed on arrival
Let me just tell you.... I order food from Jimmy John's often. They are always awesome. The food is always on point and the delivery is always fast and courteous. Today, my order arrived quickly but was missing an item (my sandwich LOL). I called down to the store and they said they would take care of getting my food to me. Less than ten minutes later, Jason (the owner of the franchise) showed up with my sandwich and delivered it to me in person. Best customer service you could possibly ask for. I lived in the retirement park behind this Jimmy John's. So happy that you were able to open back up. A few days after Helene's devastation I walked over in a daze to JJ's. They thankfully gave me a dinner that they brought in from Tennessee.
No napkins given or easily available. Sub was supposed to have chunks of chicken but it was undrained canned chicken so it was practically soup.
