I can't say the same about every location but This Jimmy John's is probably my favorite sandwich shop around. My favorite part is being able to ask the different employees what their favorite custom sandwiches is, which oftentimes they do have a favorite and getting to try them. I really think it would be cool if there was some kind of employee menu with their custom sandwiches on them. They are always very nice and do a great job, and I've almost never been disappointed with the sandwich.
