I keep trying to give y'all a chance.... First it was cucumbers pretending to be pickles. Next it was the uncut pickle and cucumbers in my sandwich. Now it's burnt as hell. I shouldn't have to check my food before leaving to make sure it's correct. This is why no one goes here if they can help it.

Absolutely awful experience, I had ordered 2 giant roast beef and cheddar toasted with avocado, when I got home the subs were not toasted, no cheddar cheese, and no avocado. Called the store and was first told they definitely toasted and put cheddar cheese on, then the employee said he could give me his manager's PERSONAL NUMBER, so I could call him and he could give me a refund. Order food from here, called an hour later, and they told me they don’t deliver and said I had to come pick it up. I told them I couldn’t and would like a refund. Then I get a notification that Joshua d from uber is on his way. Had the tracker up he never even turned down my street and said it was delivered… this is crazy
