My order was wrong when I got home, and there was only one piece of turkey on each sandwich. I asked for peppers, and they put it on the wrong sub, and it was all piled up in the middle. I would understand if they were busy, but I was the only one there. Employees seemed miserable, but that's not their fault they probably aren't paid enough and offered incentives. Fantastic Sandwiches and took very little time!
Didn’t have high hopes at first but the sandwich prep guy did a great job with following directions. He did great on the proportions and didn’t miss on the requests that I had. Front counter service could’ve been better but it wasn’t terrible. I don’t really go to JJ’s in search of good service. The front counter employee did check in with me and checked on my online order promptly in the back within a minute of me stepping in the door. Good job!
