Extremely slow service! We were the only ones in there and food took at least 15 minutes. The sandwiches were very thin and dry. And one sandwich order was partially incorrect. One staff member was not even helping make the sandwiches and was standing around with earbuds in.
Good food
Not only did i wait 10 mins for my food while others were served before me when they were behind me in line. There was almost no meat on all 3 of my sandwiches i actually thought they were vegetarian for the first few bites because all the protein was in the center of my sandwich… i also asked for the bread toasted and they roasted my sandwiches. Person making my sub on April 26, 2025 placed one sliver of turkey on club lulu. Complete waste of time going there and will not return to Jimmy John’s. Seems like others have the same terrible experience.
