Absolutely awful experience, I had ordered 2 giant roast beef and cheddar toasted with avocado, when I got home the subs were not toasted, no cheddar cheese, and no avocado. Called the store and was first told they definitely toasted and put cheddar cheese on, then the employee said he could give me his manager's PERSONAL NUMBER, so I could call him and he could give me a refund. Awesome place and food
Order food from here, called an hour later, and they told me they don’t deliver and said I had to come pick it up. I told them I couldn’t and would like a refund. Then I get a notification that Joshua d from uber is on his way. Had the tracker up he never even turned down my street and said it was delivered… this is crazy
Very friendly staff! A new hire was being trained when we picked up our order and their mentor was very kind and patient with them! Order was ready in no time and was delicious. Glad we stopped in as we travel!
