Can’t seem to get an order right. Got 4 subs/wraps and only one was right.
Placed a mobile order at 11:19 for “ASAP” and pulled into the drive thru at 11:30. It took nearly 5 minutes for an employee to answer at the speaker. I don’t mind a wait, but a “I’ll be right with you” or something been nice as I was questioning if they were even open. I told them I had a mobile order and was told to pull up to the window. **30Jul2026** Visited TWICE in a week, because our sandwiches were SO GOOD! Big shout out to "Connor" who prepared our sandwiches!!! He is very welcoming, friendly, professional and an OUTSTANDING individual! He is the reason that we had to come back for more!!! Thanks Connor! All the guys that I interacted with were kind and seemed excited to serve me. This was my first time at a Jimmy John’s and told them that. They assisted with picking out a sub and then listed the possible sides I could get. Thank you for an enjoyable 1st experience!!!
