Very very slow service. Waiting 30 minutes for a single sandwich is ridiculous. Called to cancel order and they said they didn’t have it. Ended up still being charged and got no sandwich. Will not return to this location.
They need to train their employees better. Nobody bothered to help me at the to-go counter for several minutes until I decided to interrupt and ask for my order. It was sitting right there ready to go. All they had to do was hand it to me.
Double charged my card. Long haired guy (Daven) was like “sorry nothing I can do”. Made no effort to overturn the charge. Then, he made a half effort to make my sandwiches. Pretty disappointing food. Gonna report the transaction to my credit card company.
Staff is inept. Obviously can't read and blame it on their app making mistakes. Manager doesn't want to make a wrong, right. Manager argues and is rude. This store has messed up so many times on my orders and dumb me keeps giving them more chances because I used to love JJ. Then this Clearfield, HAFB store came around. JJ lost my business forever because of them.
