Placed an order, waited over an hour for delivery from Uber, and the order was never delivered. Really sad that Jimmy John's has gone so downhill and has resorted to using Uber. I will never be ordering from Jimmy John's again. So much for "freaky fast delivery" when you don't even receive your order.
Great service
Driver showed up with a lit cigarette and a filthy car. If you work at the freeport center do not order delivery from these guys! They dont have their own delivery drivers anymore, they send your order to uber eats. Those drivers cant understand any English and are incapable of following the simplest directions. The drivers get lost every single time and cant understand a word you're saying when you call them.
