The food is good fresh! And the employee who introduced me to the spicy ranch was cool 🎈 😤 they never get the order right. Like 6 times they put on lettuce and tomato when wanted it off 😤 Just need to use post it notes so ppl remeber order 📜
The team was great today! Had a really good experience with great service. Always enjoy Jimmy John’s, but today was an even better experience than usual. Shout out to the young man behind the counter today.
Came in and ordered a gargantuan unwich. Friendly service with a smile. Food was made before I could finish filling my soda cup. Excellent quality.
Only adding a sticker piece that covers the hole part where the straw goes is completely pointless if the dasher can easily remove the lid. I cannot stress this enough.. TAPE DOWN ALL SIDES WITH DELIVERY ORDERS. This tells me you don’t care about your consumers safety.
