Placed order through app of almost 100$ of food. This location calls to tell me they turn ovens off an hour before store closes. Cold subs only or hot subs cold. Botched entire order. Teenage manager was having a breakdown on phone, taking her workload and my order out on me. Bad experience!

AVOID AVOID AVOID — where do I start..?? NO gloves, NO hairnet, bread sitting out in the open uncovered. I realized all of this as I was speaking to them about my unsatisfactory order. I ordered a Beach sub and an Ultimate Italian, that’s it. You can’t see the sandwiches before you pay because the register and pickup station area on opposite sides and they wrap the sandwich before you can see it. I love coming to this location. The staff is always so friendly and I never have any issues with my order. Most of the time I order in the app for pickup and it’s always ready by the time I get there. And when I do decide to go in, it is always so clean!
