The drive thru server was very professional, polite and pleasant. As usual, JJ doesn't disappoint. I'm glad they added the potato salad as a side.
The food here was absolutely delicious and the people were super attentive and quick! Everyone was super kind and helped guide us with what we wanted based off what we like. This is my favorite Jimmy John’s by far, and I stop by for some lunch often!

Went to jimmy jones on Ramsey st at 2:24 got two meals mines was good sandwich had enough chicken on it but my daughter turkey sandwich barely had any turkey it was more bread than turkey more lettuce than turkey so I went back to ask if she could remake the sandwich she told me no in a very nasty rude way no good customer service at all so I asked for a refund and she rudely said no again honestly my feelings was very hurt because I spent my hard earn working money to a business with no class or hospitality no concern what ... read more
