I love Jimmy's John, but today a order the Toasted Italian 8 inch. Yes it was warm but toasted it wasn't!
Didn’t even get to eat here because I wanted to use the restroom before I ordered since I drove an hour and a half home from work. Just kept reiterating restroom was for customers only not caring I was gonna pee my pants. Left and went to free birds next door. They’ll actually let you pee before you order.
Went to order the picklewhich! Heavy set Hispanic guy with glasses working front counter let me know it’s online only. No further instructions, I found it on the app. I wanted to use restroom since I had to order online and not front counter. Was treated weirdly about recieving bathroom code. They called everyone’s order, when it came to mine he hesitantly gave to me and made me give him full name. Not sure if they have an issue servicing women or if it was a race issue. But definitely don’t recommend this location
