We headed to Jimmy John’s for consistency of product and service, little did we know we were walking into a complaining session. We arrived at the register and the two employees were more into their own conversation then taking out order. The complaints about another employee taking more than his fair share of the tips continued, while taking our order. The place was shambles, product boxes everywhere.
