Honestly, I am glad that this was the store I ordered my first Jimmy Johns sandwich from. I'll definitely never have another one. Had to go get my tooth put back in afterwards due to the ROCK HARD BREAD.
I ordered today and got no meat or cheese on my sandwich? Kinda ridiculous. Never had this issue before at JJ very disappointing.
THIS LOCATION NEVER INCLUDES REQUESTED CONDIMENTS!!! It has happened three times now. So it is obviously an issue at this location. Also there is no where in JJ app to make a complaint about the order never being correct. Ridiculous!!!
