They have a 5.99 special. They charged me full price. Did not realize till after I paid. They told me, you have to mention that when you ordered. What? Its on your website, commercials, and signs. They said there is nothing they can do. Why are you overcharging customers?

The bread was stale—so hard that even taking a bite was difficult. Very disappointing
I never take the time to do this bc I don’t care that much but the customer service was absolutely terrible. I had to repeat my first sandwich multiple times and mention the fact that I wanted pickles 5x. He then just tossed my sandwiches on the counter & said here you go. I asked if I could have a bag & he walked away to then I reached and got a bag. It’s seriously not that hard of a job.
We don't eat much fast-food but when we do, Jimmy John's is the place! Greeted warmly by the personnel as well as the still retaining that fabulous bread. However, very little lettuce on my sandwich (Country Club), couldn't find a tomato and an abundance of mayo which never stopped dripping. Instead of layering each slice of meat and cheese on the bread, fresh, the meat selections now are "readied" in a cold chunk, already folded and prepared to stuff in said bread which creates a very NON-cohesive sandwich!
