The new toasted Italian sandwich is good but the fact that you guys put the lettuce and tomato in the toaster with the sandwich is disgusting. Topping should go on the sandwich after the toasting. Nobody likes Hot lettuce. 🤢

This Jimmy John’s is slow as hell. I live 0.5 miles from the store and it has taken 30+ mins to deliver my order at least the last 3 times I’ve ordered. Sandwiches are sloppy and fall apart easily. I order due to close proximity, you think it’d be “freaky fast” but not worth it.
