I ordered in the drive through on my way home from a very long day. I called the store to advise my giant sandwich was riddled with issues but my slim 4 has no turkey on it. I was passed from one person to another. The last person I got said their GM doesn't care, no refunds. Bring back the wrong sandwich and they will remake it. I advised I live almost 30 minutes away. This is ridiculous. She said their GM won't allow credits or refunds, I can call them tomorrow. No, this is not okay.
Consistently great service from the staff here, mobile orders are correct, they greet you with a smile. Love coming here for our favorite sub sandwiches.
Stupidity I ordered on Sunday drive thur only had to wait 15 minutes store front closed last time we ordered from them
Ordered through the app for pickup, when I got home I found 2 side items were missing, I called and they said their GM told them they cannot refund items, and will not replace unless I come back same day. I am not driving a half hour back to the store and then a half hour home during rush hour for this. I will not return to this franchise again.
