Changed my review because of a recent experience. To be fair, my boys and myself do enjoy the sandwiches. Ordered for the app, had a missing item once it arrived. The initial delivery was pretty quick. They do not do refunds but offer an in store credit. I paid for an item, I either want the item or want my money back. Seems pretty simple. Nope, one hour forty minutes late still do not have either. Be weary, I know mistakes happen, I will always judge you in how you handle the mistakes. That tells me how much you care.
Honestly the worse sandwich ever, my first and last time ill probably get it. It barely had turkey and lettuce not enough tomatoes and i mostly tasted the bread. Wish i had taken pictures but i dont recommend this place, cant speak the other jj

This is by far the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. I went to the drive-through to get a loaf of bread. They proceeded to tell me they don’t have any loaves of bread. I have never had a problem, getting a loaf of bread before at another location . As I’m driving out of the drive-through a lady with reddish blonde hair started yelling at me out the drive-through window telling me never come back through her drive-thru again. There was barely anything on my sandwich. Bread was really hard on the bottom.Definitely not what I get at other locations. Store seemed mostly clean but we counted 10 flies in the eating area.
