It's so bizarre being ignored by the staff when there's 5 people working. I'm standing there for like 10 minutes in front of an employee and he's just ignoring me can't spare 10 seconds to pass me my sandwich or even acknowledge me. And I'm standind there looking at my online order just sitting there. While everyone is ignoring me. It's ridiculous and the customer service is horrendous .
Changed my review because of a recent experience. To be fair, my boys and myself do enjoy the sandwiches. Ordered for the app, had a missing item once it arrived. The initial delivery was pretty quick. They do not do refunds but offer an in store credit. I paid for an item, I either want the item or want my money back. Seems pretty simple. Nope, one hour forty minutes late still do not have either. Be weary, I know mistakes happen, I will always judge you in how you handle the mistakes. That tells me how much you care.
