I order frequently from them because they're the only delivery place near my work. Despite always asking them to call instead of ringing reception, they usually ignore it. Today, on a street with tons of foot traffic (read as: lots of potential porch pirates), they knocked on the door of my office building once, then, without waiting for an answer, just left my meal on the doorstep. The worst service ever. Definitely won’t be back. Visited location today, September 8 at 11:05 am. Customer service was terrible. The female cashier (name on receipt Jal) was at the register talking on her cellphone. At first, I thought maybe she was talking to a customer. When I stood there for about a minute or so, she said “you can order” and told whomever she was chatting with to hold on. The customer service is horrible. I'm the only person in the shop. Even if they had online orders that's understandable. But acknowledge that im standing there for 5min no ill get with you or say hi mellow mushroom got my money instead.. poor customer service results in bad services..
