3 times now I’ve ordered from this location and it’s either been completely wrong or took an hour to receive. Ridiculous. There are too many good places to eat that care about the customer experience to be making mistakes like this repeatedly. I won’t be ordering from this location ever again.
Been to this Jimmy John's location for lunch probably 5 times in the last year. But I'm done, won't return. The cashier is consistently unfriendly. The food is usually good. But they're very slow. This time was the slowest, pretty sure I got my sandwich 15-20 minutes after ordering. Only two ladies working (they honestly needed more help, I think they had some online orders they were prepping in addition to the 5 or so customers in the store). Update 16Apr2026 - we ordered our food via app and arrived about 20 mins after ordering to be told "it would be awhile" for the order to be fulfilled. Im not sure why but im routinely surprised at how slow / poor the service is. 40+ mins for 2 sandwich to go order is crazy. At least they've stopped advertising "freaky fast" my past several experiences have been anything but. They canceled my order because they did not want to use the toaster.
Today there was only one employee working super hard to get the orders out but it wasn’t enough. I waited 25 minutes for my order.
