I am improving my previous review and want to say that your employee Henry is by far my favorite person at your store on University Ave and is always the number one person I look forward to seeing whenever I walk through your stoee door. He's always cheerful with a smile, generous, kind, respectful and his work performance is always spot on and performs very well at his job and with his customer service. Everytime I walk in I am greeted with care and the employees there make me feel welcome. The employees of Jimmy John's are always respectful, the service is great and the food is delicious as always. I am always in a good mood anytime I walk in the door and I will definitely be coming back in the future.
