Music is so loud nobody can hear eachother. Had to go through the line twice cause they could not get it right.
I will never go here again. Poor service. Employees are rude. 20min wait with no one in the drive thru. This has been my consistent experience.
Ordered online for it to show up late and 3 of our sandwiches were toasted and 1 had burnt ham on it. We didnt want them toasted or burnt ham. Called the store the guy was very rude and didn't want to correct it saying we got what we paid for. No we didnt we didnt want them toasted and it shows on our mobile order we did not want them toasted. Never again subway will get my business for now on. I have never been so disappointed with Jimmy John's as I am now!.
