Will never understand how we have a problem consistently at this location. Ridiculous.
I ordered a salami and ham sandwich got capocollo and salami sandwich complained and they gave me a sandwich with just salami and cheese and even then I didn’t call for a refund or anything but the part that really got me was that the salami was barley even noticeable compared to the amount of cheese they put on. Customer service is not their worry.
When you are using a phone to pay at this restaurant, the employee has to take your phone inside the window to the payment terminal. The health and cleanliness issues of this practice are obvious. We need to start holding restaurant owners accountable for making their employees do this. It is a small investment to extend the cord so that it reaches outside the window. That is more sanitary, better for the employees and better for the customers.
Tyler is the most goated worker there, he called me just to tell me how long the wait is for delivery. 5 stars Tyler great service thank you!
Pulled up to drive thru at 11:50am, pulled away at 12:11pm.Sure not freaky fast service. Plus, some of the lettuce was black and slimy. I have eaten at JJ #1 and never been disappointed. I won't go back to this location again.
