Very poor service. Staff was very rude and less than thrilled to refund fountain drinks when the machine was broke.
This was my first time going into the Jimmy John's location in Morton, Illinois. I actually really loved the vibe of the restaurant, it gave me like downtown Chicago feels, I love the decorations and the atmosphere! The only reason I gave it four stars for atmosphere is because the parking is pretty limited. Order took an hour to arrive and the delivery driver didn’t even call to say they dropped it off. When we got the food it wasn’t the right thing. This happened the last time we ordered but figured it was a one off. Don’t order delivery from here just use door dash
