Losing a lot of business closed on the weekends especially in a decent busy strip mall
Went in last Friday at 6:10. Ordered my 1st sandwich, a slim ham and cheese and the kid behind the counter told me they had no provolone but they could add Parmesan. First off, gross. Second, they 2 are nowhere near the same. So I said “you’re out of provolone?” and he said no but we put it away already bc we close in 45 min… 45 min?!? So anyone that comes in for the next 45 min can either get no cheese on their sandwich or parmesan cheese on their sandwich?? I had to call to inform the general manager tell him that was the best Italian nightclub that I ever had in my entire life it was that delicious very kind customer service extremely clean establishment and once again the sandwich was 100% delicious thank you Jimmy John's
