I pulled into JJ's drive thru in Portage, WI at 1:18 pm yesterday, placed my order, and proceeded to wait in the line after that for ALMOST AN HOUR. Physically could not get out of line. I get up to the window and they take my payment and say "we'll have it right out for you" and I wait another 15 minutes for my food. Meanwhile I'm watching inside and there are 2 people standing around doing nothing. I finally get my food and I did not receive an apology for the wait or an offer to comp my food, nothing. I'm a customer here quite often Service is always pretty good food is excellent and location is nice. However today it was pretty slow I did to drive through and it took them probably about 15 minutes I was sitting at the window waiting for my food.
