During this specific trip to JJ’s, I got my food to go. There were 3 people in front of me, so I knew I might take a few minutes to get my food. It took 20 mins. 20 MINUTES. They are supposed to be “freaky fast”. I had somewhere to be so I figured that would be the place to go, but instead of making sandwich’s for people standing right in front of them, they focused on to go orders for 10 plus minutes while we stood and stared at them. There’s nothing freaky fast about this place. Very slow and not enough workers
They messed up my order, then gave me a pose $10 credit When I went to use that $10 credit, I was told it didn’t exist. So if you’re gonna mess up a sandwich, at least make it right with the customer.
friendly service, 5/5 sandwich, staff was fast
I just now ordered an Unwich and was really disappointed with the quality. It was poorly wrapped, overloaded with even more lettuce, and lacked both meat, oil, and mayo. It tasted bland overall. Nothing like I’m used to normally getting at other Jimmy Johns. On top of that, the girl who made it seemed annoyed by my order and even rolled their eyes. If an item is on the menu, it should be made with the same care as anything else.
