I just wanted to share that their customer service today was excellent. The manager went above and beyond to make my order right as I did have an issue, but their kindness made it all better, and the delivery driver, Allan Vernon was super nice and apologetic. They both went out of their way to fix the issue. I order from here a lot and will continue to do so
Jimmy John's of Asheboro, NC. ROCKS! This is a great place to dine in or carry out with your favorite sandwhich or unwatchable. The staff and management value the customer and provide superb service. Great food, sides and drinks. Don't be surprised when you walk in and they know who you are before you share your name. They deliver too!! Enjoy!
Managers child put their hand in the bacon and they still served it. Disgusting. Don’t eat here.
JJs is the BEST sub shop around. The owner and staff are so welcoming to everyone. Family run, family feel . Oh and the food is fresh and delicious!!
Ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery at 7:25 pm called at 30 min mark to ask where they were. "Hes just leaving" they say. At 8:20 I asked for my money back. Imagine waiting an hour for Jimmy Johns. Imagine being hangry over an undelivered sandwich made out of lettuce.
