Went to JJ's a week ago in michigan, and got the exact same sandwich. But here in New Port Richey it's no where near as good. First of all, app says $8.99 for the meal deal...They charged me $9.99 saying that the price went up a few weeks ago and JJ's hasn't changed the app yet!! (Never saw that before...I didn't believe them) I've attached a photo in case you doubt that the sandwich was skimpy....Ist time here....LAST time here!
Sandwiches are good. Service is timely.
This is not towards all of the employees but majority of them have no concept of customer service.
Ordered 3 sandwiches and they came with 2 slices of meat ..... the most unsatisfying and unfulfilling experience I have ever had at Jimmy John's.
