I always enjoy going to eat here but this review is based on policy and service. I love that you are now offering toasted subs however today I ordered my #3 totally tuna and asked for it toasted. I was informed that you will not toast a #3. But I was then told I can order a #15 which I was told is the exact same sandwich but with double cheese and they will toast that. My reply was I don’t want cheese even on my #3. After going back and forth with even the staff agreeing saying it’s corporate I ordered the 15 for more money ... read more
