Quick and friendly service!!!
This is the second time now that Jimmy John's has "misplaced" or a uber employee has "stolen" my office's online order. The order came completely wrong and soggy because it took over 90 minutes to arrive!! My office will no longer be ordering from Jimmy John's.
Ordered food at 1am and waited 2 hours for it to come. It never came I’ve called multiple times with no answer. I expect a refund immediately since obviously my food never arrived. Seriously so aggravated by this service.
No more freaky fast delivery, all through DoorDash and uber eats. :(
Every time I’ve come in the food has been good, things are made consistently and well each time. I do often feel bad there is only one employee working each time I’ve been in at least, and there have been some times it’s gets pretty busy. All employees I’ve encountered have been great and friendly!
