Grubhub had an error that showed toasted on the grubhub app, but not on the ticket at Jimmy John's. Staff was great and remade my sandwich toasted. They went well beyond for something that wasn't even their fault. I've also had this location multiple times. Consistent and delicious.
Ordered an ultimate Italian.. which automatically comes toasted.. recieved mine, not toasted. They asked me if I wanted cheese?? It should already come with cheese.. no onions no sauce and no oregano either. The thing that ticked me off the most was no double portion of Vito. Wasn't going to drive back 30 min. Someone should retake the sub test and get them off the line untill they memorize their sandwiches!

Almost lost me, I am a huge fan of Jj's!! I was told they were going to change the bread and it is literally one of the best part of the sandwich!! Don't know if they ever did but as of now its still one of my Top 5 places to eat. #4 TOM TURKEY is the BEST!! With a pickle cut in quarter's
