Very clean not busy at all...staff very friendly fast efficient service and the food fresh and so good.
Clean and Professional
I ordered two subs and when I got to the windows they told me they accidentally handed my order to someone else then they remade my order and didn't make it right. I asked for no lettuce tomato and onions and when they remade it they made it with all of that on it.
First time here since people I heard from hyped it up, it was good service for sure. The food was okay, although the salami had a weird green coloration to it which I stayed away from within my sandwich. Not sure if its spoiled or its been under something too long. I wish you could toast the regular orders and not just the special ones like at other places. Felt like it was limited. I thought it was a bit pricey too for how it is. Just a simple sandwich, would of loved more variety for add ons.
1/21/25 went to the drive-thru place an order was never greeted waited for 10 minutes to place my order then they said thank you for choosing Jimmy John's how may I help you they didn't apologize or nothing place my order went up to the window another 10 minutes waiting to pay after I paid wait another 10 minutes to get my food then I watched them put too much seasoning on my sandwich 1/22/25 went back to get my refund the manager didn't know how to count correctly I got 1910 back out of 1955 paid with a 20 that would make i... read more
