Put a mobile order in at 702pm took 20 minutes to get my sandwich when I arrived at store there was only one person cleaning windows and the rest came from back I was only customer and people who came after me got food before me

Not sure how to write the name of the manager but was told her name is Kia and I spoke with her and she was quite short and quick and insulting. She also said to hold a moment and had a man come on the phone to further insult me. In the week before our daughter's wedding on 7/26, we placed an advance order of sandwiches to be picked up from the Taft St location, and delivered to the bridesmaids, so that they could eat before the wedding, on the day of. Unfortunately, the date got messed up, and I received a call saying it was ready about 15 minutes later. I was panicked! How could I keep these sandwiches fresh for 5 days?
