Not sure how to write the name of the manager but was told her name is Kia and I spoke with her and she was quite short and quick and insulting. In the week before our daughter's wedding on 7/26, we placed an advance order of sandwiches to be picked up from the Taft St location, and delivered to the bridesmaids, so that they could eat before the wedding, on the day of. Went through the drive thru asked for a number 1. Asked if I could get it toasted but apparently you can only get certain flavors toasted which is weird. Why cant I just get my ham sandwich toasted? Weird. I go to the window and the kid didnt put my order in because he didnt understand why I didnt want a different flavor sandwich so I could get it toasted. Super slow I ordered online because nobody was taking register orders. Apparently they dont do online orders. Everyone that came in after me and ordered at the register got their food first 30 mins waiting is not freaky fast.
