I usually enjoy Jimmy John’s for its fast service and decent sandwiches, but my recent visit to the Potomac location was frustrating from start to finish. First off, the drive-thru was anything but quick. I sat in line for what felt like an unusually long time, especially considering I only ordered a simple sandwich.
