This place is an absolute nightmare run by a greedy owner who refuses to properly staff his restaurant. They're woefully understaffed because this cheapskate would rather drive away every customer than spend a dime on adequate employees. Every visit is a disaster - wrong orders, surly staff, and when you complain, they act like YOU'RE the problem. I recently went to the Jimmy John’s on Tiffin Ave in Findlay . I ordered my usual which was very delicious. BUT , with my rewards I earned a FREE BROWNIE. I have no idea how old this Brownie was but when my wife opened it up it fell apart it was so old and dry . How disgusting!!!! We threw it in the garbage. I suggest that the staff might want to throw out the old Brownies and NOT give them to your customers. Yes , it was free but free doesn’t make it good for anyone if it is stale and out dated.
