Horrible experiences lately with quality of the food. The meat is being cut so thin and then one piece is being used on each sub bun. Its not even fitting down the whole part of the bread. They are scamming people out of their money by providing less amounts. Its really despicable and seems like corporate should be notified about this.
I received the wrong order after waiting for an hour. I called and told them and the manager said I was a liar, that he made the sandwich himself and knows it was correct and that I was trying to get something for nothing. I offered to send a picture and he said no, he knew it was a lie and he wasn’t going to give me anything. I never asked for anything- I had called to tell them. Now I want ALL MY MONEY BACK! I called the 800 number so we will see. Super bad experience!
Yum. Delicious subs!
Best staff around. Best Jimmy John's around period!!!
