Not sure how this place is still in business. The employees are nice, but I haven't had an order made correctly since 2023. The random times we order from here because my kids really want Jimmy John's is rough for me because I know that only 1 out of 5 sandwiches are going to be made correctly because it doesn't have any customisations. Unless I stand there and tell them what to do my sandwich is never right. I can't believe that it's that hard to read a piece of paper.

I've never been inside any JJ's, but I've ordered delivery from the Rockford, MI location many times over the years, as well as a store in Rapid City, SD. Both stores, states apart, gave me the same quality sandwiches...there wasn't a difference, which is amazing! The Rockford location has never messed up our orders, always delivers in a timely manner and the drivers are always friendly. Freaky slow
Waited for 15 min for our subs. Got home to eat it and the was 2 pieces of ham And 2 pieces of bacon on my ultimate porker. Wish they let you upload photos… no impressed at all!
