I had a Karen moment when I asked for a bunch of extras on my sandwich, didn’t get them added, and called to complain after tipping 25% knowing I was asking for a bunch of stuff. The manager knew exactly which sandwich I was talking about and immediately sent another one done the way I requested. Now I feel bad. I was more calling to vent and they immediately corrected their mistake. Kudos and you have a customer for life. Sorry about my complicated sandwiches!
