Worst jimmy johns ever total order messed up besides a slim turkey! Bread extremely hard!!! Will never go back!!!
When I called about an error on my drive through order this afternoon, I was told I could come in for a refund or a new sandwich. Since it seemed like the person that took my order was new (she was asking someone else for answers to my requests) I’d rather the small mistake be a learning experience and said to just tell the staff... and then I was hung up on. Waited in the drive through for 5 minutes before calling to make sure they were open, they were! So we told them we were in line. They answered the mic and told me they needed another second after I STARTED ORDERING. We just drove off. Every time we use this store we never get the right sandwich and the wait time is astronomical
