RecommendedI haven't tried this place in years due to my first few experiences being not so hot. Tonight they were the quickest delivery time through Doordash so I thought what the heck. I'm glad I did. It was really good. Both sandwiches were presented nicely with fresh looking ingredients that tasted as good as they looked. The delivery time was quick & the driver was friendly. I will definitely be ordering again soon.

I went to the Jimmy John’s in Hammond Indiana. I had a previous problem, the manager wasn’t helpful. I got a $10 discount on my next order after complaining to the corporate office . Freaky F**king SLOW!! I live 5 blocks from them and it always takes 30-40 mins to get my delivery. 5 Blocks!!! I don’t know who owns this franchise but they need to do something. This place is a joke. Sell it to someone who cares. It’s pretty bad when you can get just about anything else delivered faster than a cold cut sandwich.
When I called about an error on my drive through order this afternoon, I was told I could come in for a refund or a new sandwich. Waited in the drive through for 5 minutes before calling to make sure they were open, they were! So we told them we were in line. They answered the mic and told me they needed another second after I STARTED ORDERING. We just drove off. Every time we use this store we never get the right sandwich and the wait time is astronomical
RecommendedShout out to the young guy that just helped my wife and I get my neighbor’s dogs back to them. He was running in the freezing cold, definitely not dressed chasing down dogs in zero degree weather. Oh he was freaky fast!
