Just canceled my order after an hour and ten minutes of waiting. Manager didn’t even care, no apology.

Learn how to make sandwiches correctly that you offer on the menu. have the management learn better customer service skills. Also, the delivery time of over 45 minutes I do not consider freaky fast. had ordered a pizza and it was delivered before the two veggies subs. I say freaky sad.

Horrible customer service. Ordered from this location 3 times, and all 3 times it has taken more than an hour to get my food. When I call to see where my order is, the employees are rude, just say it will be there soon, never actually check my order to see what's going on, and have never offered any form of compensation for my being unhappy with their service. Love the food and fast service. Was disappointed to see multiple employees not wearing masks properly and.one not at all when we were there for lunch today
$40 order, 2.5 hours and no food. Called to check on order and they said they wouldn’t be delivering. New driver couldn’t find address - a very common address with no issues in the past. Then offered a store credit.. I just wanted my money back. Advice: things happen, but take the effort to call the customer if this happens. Don’t wait for them to call you and process refunds ASAP.
For one they could put more then one piece of meat on a sandwich. They have poor customer service

The last 2 times I have ordered the #12 I can’t seem to find the guacamole on the sandwich. This is the reason I order it.

So I ordered a sandwich and it took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive. Ok, that I can overlook even though I’m at work and have to time my lunch accordingly but when I got my sandwich it looks nothing like what I should have received. See pics. So I made a phone call and all they did was argue with me. They obviously were not going to do anything to make it right.
