The food was not the best. We received different items as they were made within a 45 min window.
I used to love this place, but it has gone downhill. The service is as if you are an inconvenience. Every single table was dirty. I had to get soap and a paper towel from the bathroom to wipe a table down. Kids' meal prices are crazy high; $8.95 for a quesadilla that's stuck together. The oranges on my salad were sour like they were old. Needless to say we won't be back.
The food is ok. The service was terrible. It took 20 minutes for 2 tacos and then over 30 min for a kids chicken quesadilla. No fries. No non carbonated drinks for the kids. Ridiculous. I asked several times where the food was and all I got were some mumbles from the zombies they call employees. If I could give zero stars, I would. My recent visit to Jimmy Hula’s was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, the service was absolutely unacceptable. First, it took nearly an hour to receive our food—meanwhile, other customers who arrived after us were being served first. When we asked about the delay, we were met with nothing but excuses.
