Great service, they arrived on time and quick to reply
Worst company ever - Please avoid at all costs! Had service contract with them and our air conditioner failed. Several calls to them with no response to have a return call or a visit from one of their technicians. We ending up going a different route for service. We did pay for two checkup visits in which they only showed up for one and they were a no-show for the second visit.
JIMMY HALL installed two HVAC units at my new home in 2017. One of the units had a problem running right for five years and they could not figure it out. The last time it quit they discovered a leak in the coil. They replaced the coil, but during the install they damaged the tray and destroyed the drip edge along the coil's edge. Instead of replacing the part they taped it up and it obviously continued to leak in the damaged pan.
