Our A/C stopped cooling the house on Sunday. I placed a call Sunday afternoon, a second call Monday morning, and a third call Monday afternoon. The woman answering the phone assured me my messages were being sent to a technician. I called another company Tuesday morning and all was fixed by noon the same day. I won't call Jimmy Hall & Son ever again!
