Horrible service, food and customer service. Being in the industry, these waitstaff need some training. So rude!!! We had a table of 6, messed up on 4/6 orders and didn’t even bat an eye about it. Basically blamed us. After talking to the “manager” they tried giving us coupons to come back. Give me a break. Don’t waste your time!!!! Go to Crabby Bills!! You won’t regret that choice �
Very thankful that the chef was willing to prepare a meal based on special dietary needs.
Went in a Sunday, after calling to ensure a large group could be sat, and waited too long for drinks and service. Crab cakes were very spicy and seafood pasta was bland. Atmosphere was family friendly and pleasant.
Friday, April 6th - I've been here multiple times & have never had a complaint until now.. I sat at a table for nearly 20 minutes and not one person asked if I needed anything.. I understand it was busy but every one of their wait-staff walked right by me (ignoring me). I had to stop a waitress to get a menu..!! All I wanted was an "app" & a drink.. Very enjoyable. Good food, great server, fun band.
Food is pretty good but there’re better choices with in walking distance. If you sit out by outside bar you’ll be fine. If you sit in the indoor restaurant you’ll wait and wait to be seated then wait for mediocre breakfast and over priced.
