This complaint is regarding the abusive conduct of one of the people who came to our home for the floor sanding project we were doing. We were leaving the house for a week, and arranged to have Jimmy Express start the job on Sunday, July 10. Four people arrived to start the job. One man said we could pay right up front before we left or pay after we returned and had inspected the job. Terrible work. In less than one year after having my floors refinished, they look like they have 15 years of wear. Truly a terrible job.

Do not hire anyone from Jimmys Express Portland Me. His crew did a job on ********* *** ******** ***** whee they butchered the wood floors by adding stain into the floor finish which is now peeling off they charged for sanding the stair treads which were never sanded to begin with they simply covered the old finish with stained finish now the finish is peeling off these floors are in worse shape now then when Jimmys crew came in. I wish I could post pictures.
