I asked this attorney for a jury trial which I didn't get because I had overwhelming evidence that showed that my accuser was lying! Mr. Williams proceeded to work out a plea deal with the Madison County's office for a deferred action for 6 months then my case was dismissed but that outcome implies that I was guilty of the criminal charge of harassing communications which was a complete lie and was a case of malicious prosecution on behalf of the plaintiff.
